postfix smtp limit per user or domain

Hello,

I have an ispconfig 3 multiserver installation, and i want to limit the user smtp connections per hours. Is there any solution to do this ?

I want to be able to write a limit number to the client dashboard and then he send only 100 mail / hour for example.

I need this solution, because my clients computers infected often, and by this víruses these computers sending lot of spams via my server.
