We have the following mail in our deferred mail queue: #mailq #cat /etc/log/mail.log | grep "03E6140415D" There are six of the mail.log entries, one for each of the cc'd contacts in the email being sent. This is being retried regularly and as it stands will stay in the queue for the next five days. Seems a bit sharp to not accept due having six recipients on the cc list, (I hope we don't reject like that) but anyway, is there a way to limit the concurrent connections so that cases like this can go through?
I think I found it here. I added an entry to /etc/postfix/main.cf and reloaded postfix. It still failed. Looks like the server has permanently blocked us but at least I can see that it is not our fault.
