Poweradmin shows blank page

    I downloaded and extracted poweradmin and when i type domain.com/poweradmin/install/index.php,i see blank page only.Same with any other part of poweradmin dir.Any idea why is that happening?I followed tutorial for cent os 5.3(powerdns with poweradmin)
