Dear howtoforge members, I am almost a complete newb to linux (CentOS) and I was trying to install OTRS at a VPS for my work. I can feel I almost made it. My only problem now is that when I go to /otrs/installer.pl it will give me a error 500, when I check the error.log it says: Premature end of script headers: installer.pl. Does anyone know the solution to this? I tried Google but w/ no result I used this http://www.howtoforge.com/otrs_centos4.4 as a tutorial. Thank you in advance.
