is it possible to prevent users coming via proxy server using https://isproxyip.com/ or something. I think answer is certainly yes, but no idea from where to start. looked through googling but couldn't find anything userful.
With a service like isproxyip it's probably possible, but difficult. I advice you to consult them with the best way to implement this in your case.
