problem accessing site

i am having troubles getting to my sites on my server.. the problem is this


i can access the site using this url


www.mysite.com



but if you use


mysite.com


it comes up site can not be found any help would be great'

Please make sure that there's a Co-Domain named "mysite.com" (with an empty hostname) for that web site in ISPConfig.

 

i have tried that and this is the reply i am getting


The name .mysite.com is already in use by another site or domain.

Please check all other sites and also the recycle bin if there's a Co-Domain named mysite.com.
