Every time I try to download one of your OVA files, it never completes the download. I have tried this on multiple computers with different internet connections (at different offices), but still have the same problem. Does it have to anything to do with my userid or the country I'm downloading from (Taiwan) ?
Hi, this might be related to your internet access provider, it is not related to your country or user id as we neither have country nor userid specific limitations. I just checked the download of an OVA image from here and it downloads fast and the download finished fine. Can you tell me a specific image that you tried to download that failed?
