Really Sir Since your ans is very philosophical .....I found my solution and the cause of happening this error too....as I did not set language setting before installing ISP config.... thanks any way....but One thing to note ... I know that you all are very good in linux....but try to help people like me when help is requested....with your knowledge so that we can pin point the issue and have learning from you guys too....
