This sounds like a temporary error to me. You should try again later. Regarding the missing packages: make sure your sources.list looks like the one from the tutorial. Run Code: apt-get update after any modification to your sources.list. If the packages still can't be found, then it's possible Ubuntu removed them from the repositories. But they are not that important, you can continue without them.
