problem installing software in tutorial

I'm working on setting up my first Ubuntu server with DTC from This Tutorial but am new and dont' know what I'm doing...

apt-get is having trouble finding some of the required software listed such as
unrar-free
libzzip-0-12
mhonarc
chrootuid
openntpd
ncftp

php5-imap
php5-mcrypt
php5-pspell
php-net-smtp
php-net-socket
php-xml-parser

that's as far as I've gotten so far. Where are these installers located? How do I get apt-get to find these?

I discovered my problem.
I uncommented the university servers in sources.list then updated apt-get and all is good now!

 

Where is that source list.. I have same problem

 

It's /etc/apt/sources.list.
