Problem register new users in ejabberd

Hi,

I have trouble adding users in ejabberd, I get to enter the following command:

root@Server:/etc/ejabberd# ejabberdctl register usuario 192.168.1.120 123456
Can't register user [email protected] at node ejabberd@Server: not_allowed

if I can help with that, may be a simple detail
