    Hello,

i am only able to create subdomains when creating a new web ( sub.domain.com ).

Is ISP config intended to work like this, or shouldnt just work those co-domain entries?

anyway.. i dont get subdomains to work with co domain entries... does that have to do something with my perhaps wrong dns settings or isnt it just possible?

    with kind regards

To get a subdomain entry for sub.domain.com, add a co-domain with:

    hostname: sub
    domain: domain.com

    Hello again,

i created an entry but how can i make ispconfig to look in an other directory and keep the url in sub.domain.com format?

without the redirect option i end up in my domain:web folder and with it changes format to domain.com/sub/

    ?

sub.domain.com format only works for me if i create a new web.

    with kind regards

Ok, you did not mention that the subdomain shall have its own directory. In this case:

    1) Delete the co-domain.
    2) Wait a minute and empty the recycle bin.
    3) Create a new website with

    Host: sub
    domain: domain.com
