Hello, I've just noticed problem with access to my new website created with ISPConfig Panel. It's address is like this: subdomain.mydomain.com. I checked also to create auto subdomain "www." If I try to access to my website through subdomain.mydomain.com it doesn't work, if I try www.subdomain.mydomain.com it's ok. DNS seems ok same as Apache config file in /etc/apache2/sites-available/subdomain.mydomain.com. Could you help me?
Have you definately created an A record in DNS for subdomain.yourdomain.com to the ip address? Not sure you can combine www or * in the site settings when using subdomain format.
