There are two users for a specific domain, but neither have ADMIN enabled. I tried adding another user with admin and I get this error: "A user with administrator privileges does already exist. You must remove the other administrator if you wish to assign administrator privileges to this user." Also, I then went into the users to try and enable the ADMIN option for both the existing users, and I get the exact same error... How can I get an admin account enabled on the account??? Thanks!
its solved, he had accounts in his recycle bin... one should be able to modify the users so that another one can be the admin if the original account has been put in the recycle bin possibly... thoughts?
Thats not a good idea because the website will get corrupted in case that the "old" admin user will be restored from the recycle bin then. Every website can have only one admin user.
