Problem with Apache Modesecurity

When i try to run some rulefiles with one of these two operators: pm or pmFromFile

Code:

Error creating rule: Failed to resolve operator: pmFromFile
or
Error creating rule: Failed to resolve operator: pm

I'm using:

libapache2-mod-security2 version 2.1.5-1

And these rules:
modsec-2.5-free-latest.tar.gz
