    Hello!

I have registrated ns server on my registrated domain (ns.domain.com).
When I start bind9 have this log:
    Feb 7 02:19:11 asa named[16514]: zone 0.0.127.in-addr.arpa/IN: loaded serial 2
Feb 7 02:19:11 asa named[16514]: zone domain.com/IN: NS 'ns.domain.com' has no address recrds (A or AAAA)
    Feb 7 02:19:11 asa named[16514]: zone domain.com/IN: loaded serial 2009020705
    Feb 7 02:19:11 asa named[16514]: running

How i can fix this problem? (configuration: Ubuntu 8.10+ISPConfig)

    Thank you!

Thats no problem. You just do not have created any A Records yet.

What is A record for ns.domain.com?

    Thanks!

An A record tells the DNS server what IP address to use for a host name.

For example, you can set www.yourdomain.com to point to a specific IP, and test.yourdomain.com to point to an other specific IP

Ok! I have my hosting. I tell to main DNS in my country, that I want to use my ns server in my hosting. Thei write my ns.domain.com as nameserver.
For what it needs? ns server! if I can tell main DNS in my country to write A record for this domain.
DNS in my hosting ISPConfig need only for use in local network?
Sorry, but I can understand this thing!

    Thank you!
