Problem with duplicate emails

    I have a problem with duplicate emails. The problem is tha i have a distribution list where there some users, when somebody send a email to it with copy to a user that there in distribution lists.

    My question is, if there is a form that i can delete a duplicate email.

    I know that its normal, but my users say me, before it dont happen, it happen with the new server(IspConfig).

    I dont think that there is a easy solution to prevent this.
