Ubuntu 18.04 minimal, yup step by step from tutorial nothing more, could you please help me with this one?
Is that plugin name some password you had entered? Is that some copy-paste slip that got errenoeusly entered? I would try redoing that 8. part of the Guide, and see if the same strange error shows again.

It should work. What do you mean by For the panel, the ISPConfig installer can create self signed certificate and then HTTPS works on the 8080 port. Or you can follow Tutorial to get Let's Encrypt certificates for the ISPConfig panel:https://www.howtoforge.com/tutorial/securing-ispconfig-3-with-a-free-lets-encrypt-ssl-certificate/ For websites SSL should work just by turning on the Let's Encrypt on website settings.
