Hello, I am using the VMWare Image of ISPConfig. I changed the IP adresses, hostname and domainname into this image. When I run DNSReport it says that everything is fine from the domain I made. It even sees the mailadres ([email protected]) I made. But when I try to send an e-mail from an external account (via outlook, but also via the webmailaccount of this external account) I get this message: ===== This is the Postfix program at host mail.morehost.net. I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below. For further assistance, please send mail to <postmaster> If you do so, please include this problem report. You can delete your own text from the attached returned message. The Postfix program <[email protected]> (expanded from <[email protected]>): [server1.example.com]: Name or service not known ===== So there is one configuration-file where I didn't change the server1.example.com into mail.morehost.net. Does anybody know where I can change this setting?
Please run: where you replace server1.example.com with the hostname of your server. Then replace all occurences of server1.example.com in the file /etc/postfix/main.cf with the hostname of your server too.
