I was made to reinstall my mysql server and delete /var/lib/mysql (I made backup) and after reinstalling I overwrite backup to /var/lib/mysql catalog (including 'dbispconfig') and now I cannot login to my administration panel getting error as follows: Code: ERROR Error Username or Password empty. I also tried to reset admin password but it didn't help (same error showing) I must also add that after reinstalling mysql server I get on my wordpress sites error "cannot connect to database"
Get the current ispconfig password from the file /usr/local/ispconfig/inerface/lib/config.inc.php, then login to phpmyadmin and change the password in mysql to this password. it is important that you do it this way, dont change it in the ispconfig file.
