Dear, today a strange problem (enviroment: latest ispconfig installed on a multiserver layout) happen. Basically a customer has changed the quota of one of their website. The update was ok, but after few hours suddently the quota come back to his original value, and from there the quota field for that user is disabled (but if a login as administrator i can change the quota value). Anyone know what the heck it's happen there? Thank!
Never seen that before. Do you use any external tools that access ispconfig by remote api? That only a admin can change a vlaue happens when a admin creates a site for a client, thats the admin protection feature. But this is not activated at a later timepoint, its either active during creation of the site or it will be deactivated during lifetime of the site.
