    Hi,

My stats doesn't work, no matter which server is it or what domain. (or even if its AWStats or Webalizer)
It always asks for login and password and even if I type real login and password (ftp or UID or GID) it throws 500.
    Any ideas?

    .htaccess
And there is no file under "/var/www/clients/client0/web2/web/stats/.htpasswd_stats"

However I didn't change anything, its stock instalation + removed client names in front of ftp users + basic changes, notthing major.

Have you set the stats password on the statistics tab of the website? The stats password is not your FTP nor the ispconfig password.

Thanks till, I am being dumb :(
Is there any option to set this up automatically or do I have to do it manually each time I create website?

You have to do this manually.
