hello , my isp cahnge my main router, and in this time, every coenction from anyplace take long time to process tls handshake.. my isp say thisi is my problem, but i dont understand how, because we dont change anything, just power down all devices, change router , and power on again, include the ispconfig work so slow, takeing 15 second to change o refresh pages, and we can send mail, but we dont receive nothing!! Is a isp problem???. or my server has any cache of tls transaction for clea ( o samething similar). this kind a problem are no my bussiness, i have not experience in this area. my isp dealer drop the responsability with a solgan " thousand of customers use this router w/o problems". please!!! we can not work from yesterday, i a have no arguments to discuss!!! tx in advance
Did your public visible IP-numbers change? Have you checked twice you have applied correctly the new configuration your ISP sent you? On all devices where it needs to be changed? Are you sure it is just TLS handshake issue?
