Problems with authentication in Mysql PostFix howto

I completed all the steps of the tutorial:

But when I try to connect to the mail server I have a mysql authentication error:

connect to mysql server 127.0.0.1: Access denied for user 'mail_admin'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

If I connect manually with (mysql -u mail_admin -p) without problem, I verified all the steps of the tutorial several times.

I have Fedora Core 5 and mysql is:

mysql Ver 14.12 Distrib 5.0.22, for redhat-linux-gnu (i386) using readline 5.0

There was a spurious tab in the /etc/authlib/authmysqlrc file
