The dns error and the mailbox issue are not related to each other. The DNS warning can be ignored if the zone works.

The mailbox issue might be caused by assigning the mail domain to a wrong client or to no client.

do not understand is that these mails send me error whenever I create a new customer.
This happens to me since I install the extension for DKIM ispconfig.
Before there was receiving these error messages.

I revised my cluster configuration, and the dns zones are recorded correctly on both servers.

The warnings occure when the dkim extension adds a new record, this happens when a customer is added as dkim adds a signature then. You can set the email notification level in ispconfig from warning to error.
