Problems with logging in FTP, MAIL (so far)

Hi

I installed prefect install SUSE 10.1 + ISPConfig + webmail/phpmyadmin (thru update manager )

In ISPConfig -> System Config I changed:
User Prefix: [DOMAIN]_

In ISPConfig -> Settings -> Email I checked Maildir option.


Then I create new client and new site.
I made new User & email :
email: [email protected]
password: mydomain.com_info


Now whenever i try to login with that username to:
http://www.mydomain.com:81/webmail
I always get invalid username/password error. ( Same with outlook express client)


I also cant log in to FTP server.
Before I changed User Prefix to: [DOMAIN]_ I could log in to FTP only email did not work.

I deleted all resellers/clients//sites/users before I change User Prefix.

Please help me out.

I did not use correct login . [email protected]

 

For ISPConfig's Uebimiau webmail package, you must use an email address to log in, for everything else (email clients such as Thunderbird or Outlook, FTP) you must use the username.
