Hello, I have problems with mail clients (outlook xpree, thunderbird), I cant receive or submit emails!. But with squirremail works great. When I see /var/log/mail.log I see: Jun 24 01:45:38 greenjaguar pop3d-ssl: LOGIN FAILED, [email protected], ip=[::ffff:80.30.78.145] Jun 24 01:45:43 greenjaguar pop3d-ssl: Unexpected SSL connection shutdown. I have ubuntu server 8.04, what can I do? PD: sorry for my bad english
You must use the username and not the email address as login username in your imap client. The email address can only be used in some webmail clients as username.
