Hey, I have an ispconfig server with roundcube, and everything went fine so far. Now I've ran an update for roundcube (like in the roundcube wiki), but now, I am not able to read my email, because every folder is empty. There is also the issue, that the most features | buttons are not working, like in the config section, or the logout button. If I click on logout, I get an error. I've seen, that there is an js-issue. Maybe you can tell me how to fix it. I hope you can help me out. Stefan
Follow this first: https://www.howtoforge.com/community/threads/please-read-before-posting.58408/ Did you install a new version of Roundcube from outside of your operating system repository? If you did, that is likely to break your system since ISPConfig may not support that other vertsion of Roundcube. At least not without forcing reconfigure services.

Yes, I installed the current 1.3.10 Version from the rc website. I thought I read somewhere that roundcube and ispconfig are not dependent from each other so updating rc shouldnt be a problem. You said, that I maybe have to reconfigure system services. What do I have to do? Thanks, Stefan
Roundcube version in debian 9 is 1.2.3. In Debian 10 it is 1.3.8, so it may quite well be that ISPConfig on debian does not work with your current version of Roundcube. I would remove that 1.3.10 roundcube, install back the 1.2.3 version you removed (from Debian repository following the instructions from ISPConfig Perfect Server guide. Then force reconfigure of services, by downloading the ISPConfig version 3.1.15p1 install package, unpack it, run the update.php script in the install folder and choose to reconfigure services during update.
I am running roundcube 1.4rc2 without any problem. It looks more like a "security feature" kicking you off. Do you have a separate subdomain for roundcube? Do you see any error in apaches error.log? Could also be that your update did not go well -> Save RC config and reinstall webfiles. Have you set "use_secure_urls=true" in RC config? If mail works in thunderbird, your problem is with roundcube, not ispconfig.
