since a week when i enable the 'Mailscan' option on a mailbox i get the following in my mail.log file. The result of this error is that the email disappears and never arrives at its destination.

I think it has to do with the access rights on the mailbox, but i am not sure which rights where. google isnt very helpfull. I had this with existing accounts and with accounts that we brandnew.

    What could be the issue?

Did you edit the mailscan script or the template for the mailscan script manually? It looks as if the file has been saved with windows linebreaks instead if linux linebreaks.
