Protect folders / subfolders

Hi all..

when I protect a folder named /private with user1 and /private/private2, the user1 can access to this folder.

I wanna protect the folder /private/private2 with other users.

For example:

User1 can access to /private
User2 can access to /private and /private/private2, but user1 can't acces to /private/private2.

It's possible?
