I am trying to set up a protected folder as per the instructions in the user manual I purchased and nothing happens. In other words I create a protected folder and a user the manual says the folder will be created but is does not. when i manually create the folder it seems to create the file .access.pwd but i get ERROR 403 - Forbidden!
