    Hi folks..

Just getting into ubuntu and have got ispconfig installed and working in that I can access the control panel. The only problem now is that as we use a proxy server to access the internet which also uses port 8080, since the install of ispconfig, I now can't seem to access the Internet. It shows an error saying that there is a temporary error accessing the internet. I assume it is to do with the port setting for both the internet and ispconfig

Can anyone shed any light on how to reconfigure ispconfig to use another port such as 8081 to separate the ports used by internet and ispconfig?

Could it also be that I need to creat an apt.conf file to reset the proxy setting. I'm only finding info out now about proxy settings as our filtering system filters out the word 'proxy' - I work in a school.

    Any assistance greatly appreciated.

    Declan
