I've setup ISPCONFIG 3 on Centos 6.4, when using filezilla with FTP over TLS, the problem is pure-ftpd will not use the class certificate 2 i got from startssl after following the tutorial to secure ISPCONFIG on http://www.howtoforge.com/securing-...h-a-free-class1-ssl-certificate-from-startssl with proper symlink to pure-ftpd.pem. When I I removed the symlink and all file in /etc/ssl/private/. Pure-ftpd is still serving the same unknown certificate with common name localhost.localdomain. Pls help Thanks

Did you restart pure-ftpd after changing the ssl certificate?

Yes I restarted it with /etc/init.d/pure-ftpd restart

    [RESOLVED]
On my CentOS 6.4 pure-ftpd expects the pure-ftpd.pem in the folder /etc/pki/pure-ftpd and not the usual /etc/ssl/private/. Therefore a modification to the tutorial for Secured SSL for ISP CONFIg 3 for CentOS 6.4 for pureftpd should be the correct symlink
    ln -s /usr/local/ispconfig/interface/ssl/ispserver.pem /etc/pki/pure-ftpd/pure-ftpd.pem
