    [...]

This is connecting to non-local server, user is correct, password working, and it is connecting to same db which is on that server, and user has access from outside.

    Any ideas ?

Might be a problem with your firewall. Try both, active and passive FTP.

    Code:
Restarting ftp server: /usr/sbin/pure-ftpd-wrapper: Invalid configuration file /etc/pure-ftpd/conf/VerboseLog: "‘yes’" not convertible to true or false
    This is really strange ..

Edit the file /etc/pure-ftpd/conf/VerboseLog and remove the '.

I have another question, there absolutny no config file for basic cvars (like on proftpd /etc/proftpd/proftpd.conf) , pureftp has nothing like that, so please, how can I change port ?

You can set all these vars in pure-ftpd too, they are just split to different files. Just take a look at the pure-ftpd configuration and on the examples that we posted on www.faqforge.com
