pvcreate: command not found

    I am following this tutorial and have got to the "pvcreate /dev/md1" command and am getting this error.

    -bash: pvcreate: command not found

    Tried su just to be sure and get this

    -su: pvcreate: command not found

    Any ideas?

    Sadly to my own embarrassment, I will post the solution to this problem.

    "Don't try to do this tutorial if you havn't installed Debian using LVM."
