I just installed ispc under ubuntu18. No another config. I think there is a scrypt using CPU, but i can't find it. I have a powerful machine, so 17% is a big amount of processing.
Also, this machine are using disks 7MB/s constantly.... ISPC is completly empty. No web, no mail, no dns... Look at the disk speed when i resume/pause ISPC machine:
i found it, in case that someone will have the same problem: it was mailman service i deleted the symbolic link from apache2 and stopped mailman service
