This is probably a basic question but how do i go about linking up domains to my server? I've just purchased a domain from my isp and now im unsure how to set it up with ispconfig and a server with multiple sites. In the past it was just one site on my server and my isp had DDNS software that would link it up through them. Since now I'm going to be giving out space to multiple sites for me and my friends i figured I should figure this out sooner then later lol
One of the ways to do is: 1. set up a pair of nameservers using ISPconfig 2. update the nameserver records in your newly procured domain name, point to this pair of nameservers 3. create relevant site record and DNS record using ISPconfig for this domain. Now you can upload files, send emails and run the website in the newly created domain.
