Question about LoabBalancer with Pound/Keepalived.

First of all i have to say it is a great howto: Pound/Keepalived Load Balancer.

My question is related to the Keepalived configuration.

In the section of vrrp_instance VI_1 , the line state MASTER.
My question is, for the backup server (lb2) shouldnt that line change:
from
state MASTER
to
state BACKUP

or it doesnt matter, and the only important thing is the priority.
