Hello, I have some questions about the ISPconfig install service. Now I would like to use the service but I have som additional questions and I dont feel a forum is the right place to handle that but I cannot find any other contact info. Next to that I subscribed to howtoforge yesturday, paid with paypal, got a confirmation email from paypal that it is paid but still I am a regular user so I am not able to download the ISPconfig manual yet. How long does this normally take ? Kind regards, Rev

Please see link "imprint" in the page footers. http://www.ispconfig.org/page/imprint.html Beside that, our customer portal were you can contact our support privately is linked on the support page: http://support.projektfarm.com/ The subscription is activated automatically as soon as we receive the money from you. The time that it takes depends on the payment method, credit card payments take a few minutes, wire transfer payments take a few days. I checked your payment and according topaypal it has been paid by wire transfer and this taks about 3-5 days. So we did not receive your payment yet and therefor the subscription is not active yet.
