Hi, Plesk 12 should work with the migration tool, but we could not test that version yet. If you have issues with the import, then please contact our Migration tool support here http://www.ispconfig.org/get-support/ and we will try to get it to work together with you. In case that we can't get the data imported from plesk 12, then we will refund the license off course.
