Quickstart - Step by Step in german

Hallo

I made something like a Quickstart: "Schnelleinstieg fuer Ungeduldige"
Ist in german and shows step by step to create an user and make the settings in gftp and thunderbird. Only the necessary settings. For those who dont want to read the complete manual at first.
