Hello everyone , I have a problem modifying the quota capacity for users, by increasing the quota it seems to be fine, but it is not shown done and the graph does not appear. I use the version ispconfig 3.1 and ubuntu 16.04 I hope you can help me, thank you.
Did you press "Save" after changing quota value? Did the red ball with number appear at top of ISPConfig window and go away after a while? Did you wait until next day before checking what used space and quota show?
Hello, Yes ,press save after making the change, the red ball also but disappears after a minute. The following image appears.
run Code: /usr/local/ispconfig/server/server.sh on the target server. if this does not resolve your problem, check the permissions on the target.
