One of my clients is having some problems with an email account. Looking at the /var/log/mail.info I see the following error(s) Code: Feb 28 17:08:13 host postfix/local[25534]: 2E80C1250004: to=<[email protected]>, orig_to=<[email protected]>, relay=local, delay=4, status=bounced (can't create user output file. Command output: ==================== QUOTA: 26214400 INBOXSIZE: 552 MAXMSG: 26213848 /bin/cat: write error: Disk quota exceeded procmail: Error while writing to "/home/admispconfig/ispconfig/tools/clamav/bin/clamassassin" procmail: Rescue of unfiltered data succeeded [25552] warn: config: configuration file "/home/admispconfig/ispconfig/tools/spamassassin/etc/mail/spamassassin/20_porn.cf" requires version 3.001007 of SpamAssassin, but this is code version 3.001008. Maybe you need to use the -C switch, or remove the old config files? Skipping this file at /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/tools/spamassassin/usr/share/perl/5.8.4/Mail/SpamAssassin/Conf/Parser.pm line 345. procmail: Quota exceeded while writing "/var/mail/web56_bas" ) I'm not sure what is going on here, but is it only the problem that the email send to him is to big? MAXMSG: 26213848, or am I seeing this wrong? An other error just after that: Code: Feb 28 17:08:34 host postfix/smtp[25614]: A074A1250005: host mail-mx-01.tiscali.nl[195.241.79.131] said: 451 Temporary local problem - please try later (in reply to end of DATA command) I think that this is a problem at the other end (tiscali.nl) or not??
Yes, that's the main problem (who sends such big emails???). There seems to be a small problem with /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/tools/spamassassin/etc/mail/spamassassin/20_porn.cf, too. Maybe you must delete that file. But I'd leave it where it is if spam filtering is still working. Yes, it's on the other end.
