    Hi,

The quota reported by ISPConfig in “Website Harddisk Quota” is incorrect. It displays twice the value configured in “Web Domain Harddisk Quota.” For example, when the web domain quota is set to 20 GB, ISPConfig reports 40 GB. However, repquota -s shows the correct 20 GB. Could you clarify where this discrepancy originates?

    Regards, Ben

ISPConfig shows you the repquota output. You probably have multiple mount points on your system, so the user has in fact 40GB quota as Linux quota is not able to consolidate quota between mountpoints, which results in having 2x 20GB quota (40 GB quota) when having multiple mount points.

Yes, I created a mount point for the backup, but why is it then doubled? repquota -s / shows it correctly. Maybe my fstab entry is not correct: /dev/disk/by-id/scsi-0HC_Volume_100476697 /var/backup ext4 discard,nofail,defaults,usrjquota=quota.user,grpjquota=quota.group,jqfmt=vfsv0 0 0

    I see also repquota -s /var/backup so maybe switch off the quota for the backup /dev/disk/by-id/scsi-0HC_Volume_100476697 /var/backup ext4 discard,nofail,defaults 0 0

If you enable quota on the backup drive, you give your customers twice the quota, and that's what ISPConfig shows you correctly. Do not enable quota on other partitions besides the partition that holds the websites as this will double the effective quota.
