Quota + Partitionsice

    Hi,

    my question is pretty simple:

    what do I have to tell quota if I resized my partitions ( like with LVM )?
    Do I have do type in a command to rescan the new size, or is it doing that by itself at every OS boot?

    You do not have to rescan the harddisk if you change the size with LVM.

    Thank you for your response.

    But how does quota get the new information about the new sice of the drive?
