Recommendation

What do some of you folks use for bug/issue tracking... etc
for your servers/services.

Currently my users just email me with issues or problems or other
help requests. Is there a script that can run with ISPConfig that
will let me track that kind of thing? I guess I'm thinking of some kind of
helpdesk script maybe?
