Recycling Bin Cleaning

    My recycling bin is clean but when i try to remake the user with the same name it wont let me?
    How do I clear out my recycling bin?????
    Same Problem with DNS....

    Please check if the user is already listed in /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/users.
