I want to ad a CNAME "webmail.mydomain.com" to my server pointing to:
https://mydomain.com:81/roundcubemail. I have added the CNAME but it will not take the https portion of the CNAME.

    Can someone help with this?

    Thank you in advance.

That's not what a cname is supposed to do.
It's just DNS, so a CNAME is only an alias for another A-Record / CNAMe...

In this case you must do a redirect. In ISPConfig you may either configure this directly in the http optionsfield of the web (use the redirect statement or a rewrite rule), or in the tab for redirections. Depends on what is more handy for you.
But also for this you need an A-Record or CNAME in your DNS to lookup the name anyway.
