Reduce the amount of spam received

    Hello,

    I use ISPConfig for a long time and usually I get more spam in my inbox than I think I should. Spamfilter settings of the mail domains and emailmailboxes has always been "Trigger happy".

    Are there any additional ISPConfig or Ubuntu server settings to reduce the amount of spam I get?

    I use:
    • ISPConfig 3.2.5
    • Ubuntu 18.04.4

    Switch to rspamd, train Bayes with some manually classified spam/ham, ensure you have a local (to your server) caching resolver, and enable/setup additional modules in rspamd (eg. dcc).

    And tweak your spamfilter instead of using ISPConfig's default. Create your own and tweak the scores.
