Refactor Apache, PHP web app with MYSQL DB in single server to two servers

    For scalabitiy and migration to AWS later on, I want to refactor (not for the code) an Apache PHP web application with MySQL database installed in a single Linux VM server to two separate Linux VMs, one for Apache, PHP web application and the other for the MYSQL database. The Linux OS is Ubuntu 12.04 server.
